Self Help for Wellbeing

Welcome

This guide aims to provide a list of books and online resources that can help you. They have been recommended by librarians, trained counselors and other professional support staff working for Heriot Watt University.

These resources are intended to complement the support that is available at each campus. Please see the Health and Wellbeing pages for guidance on what is available at your campus.

This list is not exhaustive and there may be other resources you would find useful. If there are any items you think should be added to the list, please get in touch and email LibHelp@hw.ac.uk.

A list of useful mobile apps is also available from the website.
