To use the Fitch Excel template and install the Fitch Connect tab in Excel:
If you are using a personal device:
- If you don’t already have a Fitch Connect login, request a login by emailing emeaclientservices@fitchsolutions.com
- Login to Fitch Connect and navigate to the support pages (using the ? icon top right)
- Download the Excel Add-in available at the base of the support page. To check which version to download, check your system type in Control Panel\System and Security\System
- You will then be able to use the template and Excel to interact with Fitch Connect data
- This file (version 2.5) has been updated by Fitch to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) during the UK's transition from the EU.
If you are using a HWU managed device:
- You can install the ‘Fitch Connect Excel Add-in’ from the Software Center.
- This file (version 2.3) has been updated by Fitch to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) during the UK's transition from the EU.
- For staff working remotely, connect to the HW VPN before installing from the Software Center. You will have a link to the HW VPN on our Desktop.
- You will then be able to use the template and Excel to interact with Fitch Connect data
